RSHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Shipping & Delivery

We offer multiple shipping options across the USA:

  • USPS Priority – delivered in 2-5 days on average

  • Other carriers and shipping speeds are available upon request

Is Styrofoam ice pack shipping necessary?
No – our peptides are in lyophilized freeze-dried powder form. They are significantly more stable in this form as opposed to a solution and can withstand temperature variations during transit without significant degradation.

Same-day shipping applies to all orders received and paid for before 1:00 PM CST on weekdays; these are shipped out the same day. Orders received after 1:00 PM CST will be processed and shipped the next day. During days of high order volume, your order may take up to 1-4 days to ship.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday (and usually Saturdays!).

Orders returned to the sender due to customer error will incur a $12 reshipment fee.

Reshipment of delayed or lost packages are considered on a per-case basis.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the highly sensitive biological nature of our products, ERP Bio Solution does not accept returns and does not offer refunds once an order has been shipped.

Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us at [Your Email Address] within 1 hour of placing the order. If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, a full refund will be issued.

  • After Shipment: Once a tracking number has been generated and the package has been handed to the carrier, the sale is final and no cancellations will be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While we do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or "research cessation," we do stand by the quality of our fulfillment:

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives physically damaged (e.g., broken vials), you must provide high-resolution photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and product within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive a product different from what was ordered, please notify us immediately.

  • Resolution: In cases of damage or fulfillment error, ERP Bio Solution will issue a replacement at no additional cost to the client. No refunds will be issued; only replacements for the original items ordered.
    A refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the product, typically within 5 business days.
